- Ensure the quote has been requested approval
- The status of the quote needs to be either New or In Progress
If the status of the quote is set to Sent To Client or Converted To Job it won’t appear for approval, as these statuses imply that the costing sheet, has already been approved as the client has the quote or approved it.
