How To Add in Email Signature

  • Under the Home Tab
  • Select Update My Details
  • Enter in your Email Signature

Please note if you use an image/logo it must come from the internet.

  • Find your image/logo online
  • Right click on the image/logo and select Copy Image Address

Go back to the CatchData Office Website / Update My Details 

  • Place the cursor where you want your image/logo
  • Click on the image icon within the task bar
  • Paste the image/logo URL into the Source section, you are also able to re-size your image/logo using the Dimensions section
  • Click OK
  • Once your email signature is complete click Save
